Calcit Volley prevailed over Nova KBM Branik in exciting playoff finals of the 2020/21 Slovenian Women’s Championship.

 

Calcit defeated Branik in Game 3 of the 2020/21 Slovenian Women’s Sportklub 1A. DOL, coming back from a 2-set deficit: 3-2 (21-25, 13-25, 25-16, 25-19, 15-12). Thus, the club from Kamnik won the series by a 3-0 and defending the championship title. Actually, all 3 matches of the final series had to be resolved in the tie-break.

Bosnian Anđelka Radišković was on a high level for Calcit in the 3rd match, tallying 24 points. Canadian Lucille Charuk made 5 blocks. Calcit became the titleholders for the 5th time in the club history.
