Golden Bears remain in top spot, Huskies moving up the pack

The Alberta Golden Bears remain atop the U SPORTS men’s volleyball Top 10, having held down the top spot in the weekly ranking all season.

The No. 7 ranked Saskatchewan Huskies leaped up three spots in this week’s rankings.

The top three spots remain unchanged, with No. 2 McMaster (18-0) and No. 3 Sherbrooke (14-1) holding steady. No. 4 Mount Royal (17-5) and No. 5 Trinity Western (17-5) swapped positions this week as No. 6 Windsor (14-4) kept their place. Both No. 8 Montréal (10-4) and No. 9 Brandon (12-10) dropped a spot, while Laval entered the rankings at No. 10 to round out this week’s Top 10.

There are three Top 10 matchups this week as No. 5 Trinity Western will play a series against No. 9 Brandon on Friday and Saturday. No. 8 Montréal will face No. 3 Sherbrooke on Friday, followed by No. 10 Laval on Sunday.
