Queen’s Men’s Volleyball defeated the Rams 3-0 to get off to a winning start in the 2021-22 OUA regular season.
The Gaels won 25-19, 25-19, 25-23 in their first of two games against the Rams this weekend at the ARC to start the season 1-0.
Lachlan McBride (Vancouver, B.C.) and Erik Siksna (Markham, Ont.) led the Gaels in kills with eight each, while Siksna also had a game-high 10 digs and McBride finished with six digs and five blocks. Cole Duncanson (St. Catherines, Ont.) led Queen’s in blocks with seven.
Liam Wilson (Toronto, Ont.) finished with a game-high 27 assists for Queen’s.
The two teams will meet again Saturday, Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. at the ARC.
