LANGLEY, British Columbia – In this week’s U SPORTS Top 10 rankings, the Spartans’ men’s and women’s volleyball teams are in the national rankings. The women move back into the Top 10 after a weekend sweep of the Regina Cougars this past weekend at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, B.C.
The Spartans men’s volleyball team remains at No. 2 after a bye week. While the women move back in, up to No. 9 after sweeping the Regina Cougars both nights winning 25-19, 25-21 and 25-16 on Friday, and 25-17, 25-21 and 25-13 on Saturday night.
The Spartans women will have a bye this week, while the men will host the Saskatchewan Huskies on Friday and Saturday at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, B.C.

As official members of U SPORTS, the Spartans currently compete in 11 sports in the Canada West conference, including women’s and men’s soccer, volleyball, basketball, hockey and track & field, as well as women’s rugby sevens.
