LANGLEY, British Columbia – This week’s U SPORTS Top 10 rankings has the Spartans men’s volleyball team as the lone Trinity Western team ranked in the nation’s Top 10 rankings. After a weekend split with the Calgary Dinos in Calgary, Alta this past weekend the Spartans see the team drop one spot to No.8.
The Spartans who won 3-2, and lost 3-0 to the Dinos will now have a week off before returning to Canada West play on February 6-7 in a home-and-home series with the Fraser Valley Cascades. Match times are set for 7 p.m. (PT) at the Langley Events Centre in the Thursday match and 6 p.m. (PT) in the Friday match in Abbotsford, B.C. Both matches can be seen live on Canada West TV.
