Nutrition for Growing Athletes: part 1 and part 2, covers all the nutrients an athlete needs to meet demands during training and competition. I will discuss strategies to excel in sports performace through adequate nutrition, emphasizing it as a key component in achieving our goals. Furthermore, I will go in depth in a few of the main vitmains and minerals that are crucial for sports performance and sports recovery.
