U SPORTS Top 10: Brock women’s volleyball starts second half of season at No. 9

The second half of the 2024-25 Ontario University Athletics (OUA) campaign is set to get started for women’s volleyball.

Brock holds the No. 9 ranking for the third time this season. 

The Badgers finished the first half with an 8-2 record and are tied for third place with the Waterloo Warriors in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) standings.  

This weekend, the Badgers host the Windsor Lancers at Bob Davis Gymnasium for two matches on Saturday, Jan. 18 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 19 at 1 p.m. 

Looking into the rest of the schedule for the second half of the season, the Badgers have road matches scheduled with the Western Mustangs, who are tied for first in the OUA standings and are currently ranked No. 10 nationally, and the Lakehead Thunderwolves. 

Brock’s last four home matches will include doubleheader showdowns with the York Lions and then the Nipissing Lakers.
