- Fast Feet- 5 secs hard, 10 secs rest
- 1 Leg Lateral Hops- 10secs per leg
- Fast Feet with Hip Turn- 7 seconds hard, 15 secs rest
- Pogo Jumps- 8 jumps per set
- Sled Pushes- 20 yards
- Zig Zag Fast Feet- 6 to 10 sets
