A busy second frame came down to the wire as the Thunderwolves led for half of it until it became a back-and-forth set that ended with the Badgers escaping with a 25-23 set victory.
Brock managed Lakehead’s comeback attempts by controlling the play at the net in the third set to wrap up the evening by a score of 25-20.

The hitting percentage category was led by Brock with .284 per cent compared to Lakehead’s .079 per cent.
