Queen’s Women’s Volleyball bounce back to defeat Ottawa in
final game of regular season, end season winning 10 of 11

Queen’s Women’s Volleyball will head into the OUA Playoffs on a hot streak, winning 10 of their last 11 games after the Gaels bounced back from their lone defeat in 2026 with a 3-1 (19-25, 25-22, 25-19, 25-14) win over the host Ottawa Gee-Gees Saturday night in Ottawa, Ont.

After dropping the first set, the Gaels stormed back to win the next three for the two-set win.

Christine Abu (Arts & Science) had an excellent game for Queen’s in the win, finishing with a team-high 11 kills while also tying for the team lead with four blocks. Kennedy Millin (Education) had a game-high 32 assists for the Gaels in the win while Kendra Hudson (Arts & Science) led all players with 11 digs for Queen’s.

With the victory, the red-hot Gaels finished the OUA regular season with a 14-6 record. OUA Playoffs begin next weekend.
