COACH PAT HENNELLY
“It’s great to add another local recruit from South Kamloops Secondary. Mackenzy had a break out high school season helping lead SKSS to an Okanagan Championship and berth at provincials. Mackenzy has excellent potential and athleticism. He is a great student and is exactly the type of recruit we are looking for in terms of character, academics and athleticism.”
MACKENZY THOMSON
“Getting the chance to play at TRU and represent my hometown has always been the dream. I think it will be an amazing experience to have all my family and friends come out and watch.”
“I have practiced with the team and they were super welcoming and nice, they just seemed like a group that I wanted to be with.”
