Queen’s Men’s Volleyball Head Coach Gabe deGroot reached a major milestone this past weekend, earning his 100th career win with the Gaels.
deGroot hit 100 wins in Queen’s second of back-to-back wins over the Trent Excalibur, 3-0 (25-13, 25-23, 25-10), Saturday at the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC).
deGroot is in his eighth year as head coach of Queen’s Men’s Volleyball, taking over behind the bench in 2018-19.
He has 84 career regular season wins, 13 OUA Playoffs wins – including three OUA Championships, with the last coming last season – and three wins at U SPORTS Men’s Volleyball Championships.
